At a glance you get the price, the change, and the current market state — including pre-market and after-hours — plus a sparkline on the rich layout when you're following one or two symbols.

Updates are pushed from our servers the moment quotes move, in near real time. They're throttled to respect iOS's background budgets — so your battery stays happy — and there's an optional "active screen" mode that wakes the display at a safe cadence when you want a more live feel.
