Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("you") and Wonderlink SL ("we", "us"), the operator of Evibe.

The Evibe app is licensed to you on the terms of the Apple Standard EULA, supplemented by these Terms. In case of conflict, the stricter provision prevails.

Evibe is a portfolio and net-worth tracking application for iOS and macOS. It is informational only. Evibe is not a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, or a regulated financial institution. Nothing in the app or on this website is investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or asset.

Market data shown in the app may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying any data before acting on it.

You need a valid email address and an Apple ID to use Evibe. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Evibe is a paid subscription. A 7-day free trial is included with the annual plan. Subscriptions are managed exclusively through your Apple ID and the App Store; we do not collect payment information ourselves. Pricing, renewal terms and refund policy are governed by Apple.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID settings.

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the app, except where applicable law expressly permits it; (b) use the app to violate any law or third-party right; (c) interfere with the integrity or security of the service; (d) resell or redistribute the app or its data feeds.

The Evibe app, brand, logo and content are owned by Wonderlink SL or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Market data is owned by the respective providers (e.g. Financial Modeling Prep, Intrinio).

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prices and metrics will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wonderlink SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or investment opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of Evibe. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using Evibe and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us, you, or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Madrid have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules grant you the right to file a claim in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use of the app after the new Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
